About the role
At Factorial, we’re on a mission to simplify HR for small and medium‑size businesses with our all‑in‑one SaaS solution. We help companies automate their HR processes so they can focus on their people. We’re growing fast and looking for a Partnership Account Executive to help expand our partner ecosystem in the French market and take Factorial to the next level.
The Role

Search for new potential partners and execute the full sales cycle with them to join our partners program.
Identify and build strong relationships with potential partners that align strategically with us in the HR space.
Hold regular meetings (cold calls, video meetings, demos) with all your partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems.
Gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify pains and opportunities for further development of our partnership channel.
Upsell any additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs.
Collaborate daily with internal teams, from PBDs and PDMs to Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.

You're a great fit if you

Have a hunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.
Have at least 2 years experience in Sales/B2B/Partner relationships at a SaaS‑based company or in digital‑transformation environments.
Are a good communicator and empathize quickly with people.
Are proactive and like to put forward new ideas.
Are a French expert speaker and fluent in English.

Bonus Points

Experience in building a Business Unit/team from scratch.
Experience with partnership or channel sales.
Knowledge/experience in Human Resources/Software/Payroll.
Experience in full‑cycle B2B sales.
Experience dealing with SMBs.
