Customer Service Representative | Barcelona | Part-Time / Full-Time (20h – 40h weekly)
DaoPay, a leading international payment service provider with over 23 years of experience, is looking for motivated students or young professionals to join our team in Barcelona. Support users predominantly with DaoPay Phone Payments (PaybyCall/SMS) and other services
• Provide customer support (levels 1–3) via chat, email, phone, and post
• Ideal for students looking to enter the workforce and gain valuable experience, optimal for IT or Business students
• Fluent communication skills in English is required, German is advantageous
• Tech-savvy with good MS Office skills
