Summary
Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and/or managing relationships within a defined segment or product. It is essential for delivering strong revenue performance and supporting overall commercial strategy. Lead the full sales process, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing. Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead management, and ongoing client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (SDR, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal) to support client needs and ensure a seamless experience. Prepare accurate forecasts and keep CRM data up to date, including account details, activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
Qualifications
Relevant B2B sales experience, with expectations varying by level and segment supported according to Deel’s job architecture. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and successfully managing full sales cycles. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes; Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills). For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference.
