Responsibilities Owner Relations (account management – approx. 75%): You will act as the main point of contact for homeowners who have officially joined Emerald Stay. On a trimester basis you will share reports with all homeowners and answer any questions they may have. We will actively welcome ideas and suggestions to keep improving our homeowner experience. You will take part in strategic owner‑related projects. You will work hand in hand with Revenue Management, Sales and Operations to stay up to speed on any updates that may impact our homeowners. Home Onboardings (project management – approx. 25%): Assist across all destinations with the home onboarding process, coordinating with other team members and third parties to ensure smooth onboarding. Onsite onboarding – destination teams assess home standards and capture information in the internal Wiki. Off‑site onboarding – manage technology onboarding, liaise with homeowners, coordinate interventions, add the home to internal processes, create templates, etc. May also support other projects such as launching new Emerald Stay destinations or business‑development initiatives. At least 2 years of experience in project or account management. Comfortable speaking with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals). High emotional intelligence, willing to speak up and be firm when needed. Fluency in English, French and Spanish; impeccable writing skills in these languages. Ability to multitask, work independently, and resilient to stress. Excellent computer skills. Flexible, open‑minded and positive. Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. Nice‑to‑haves Experience in a hospitality company, preferably a 4* or 5* boutique hotel or upscale short‑term rentals. Experience in a fast‑growing company where responsibilities evolve quickly. Experience with a PMS (Property Management System).
