OT Service Engineer page is loaded## OT Service Engineerlocations: Barcelona Officetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: April 30, 2026 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: JR35562### Job TitleOT Service Engineer### Job Description**DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO**Dar asistencia a las incidencias generadas en las instalaciones de cliente de Vanderlande, y participar adicionalmente en mejoras, preventivos y otros productos de servicio.**RESPONSABILIDADES**Gestion Incidencias* Dar soporte técnico especializado ante incidencias y problemas en las instalaciones.* Gestión y seguimiento de las incidencias y problemas: coordinación de acciones con partners y otros grupos de soporte técnico de Vanderlande y reporte al cliente.* Liderazgo técnico y de gestión en determinada/s especialidades tecnológicas, siendo referente en ellas para el equipo en lo que respecta el análisis de problemas avanzados, gestión de mejoras y consultoría para el diseño, formaciones al resto del equipo así como a clientes, documentación del knowhow, etc…Otros Servicios* Realización de visitas de mantenimiento preventivo tanto presenciales como en remoto.* Cursos de formacion a clientes y a los propios componentes del Service Desk* Participar en el desarrollo de nuevas herramientas y productos para mejorar los diagnósticos de las instalaciones* Generar oportunidades de valor para el cliente así como de negocio para Vanderlande (mejoras procesos, mejoras de rendimiento y disponibilidad de sistemas, gestión de recambios, etc…), en las visitas de mantenimiento o en otros contactos con el cliente. Participacion en la ejecución y gestión de las mismas.**REQUISITOS:*** Ingeniería técnica o Grado Superior en automatizacion o similar* Automatización, Electrónica, Electricidad, Programación PLCs Siemens y buses industriales Profibus/Profinet* 2 años en servicio técnico a cliente en instalaciones* Orientación al cliente* Trabajo en equipo y soporte* Resolución de problemas**OFRECEMOS:*** 22 días de vacaciones anuales (sin incluir los festivos), más una semana durante Semana Santa y otra en Navidad.* Entorno híbrido (60% teletrabajo, 40% oficina).* Dentro de la oferta salarial, se incluye un 15% en concepto de hotline.* Horario flexible de lunes a viernes, entre las 07:00/09:30 a.m. y las 16:15/18:45 p.m.* Retribución flexible que actualmente incluye: seguro médico privado, vales de comida, vales de transporte, vales de guardería y seguro de ahorro colectivo.
