Location: Málaga, Spain (On-site) Languages Required: Advanced Spanish & English Experience: large experience in Operations/Customer Service Management Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fridays until 3:00 PM) Salary: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications Are you a strategic leader with a passion for excellence in customer experience? We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day performance of our multilingual customer service team supporting a world-renowned hotel chain. Your Mission As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for: Overseeing daily operations of our multilingual customer service center Ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to KPIs/SLAs Leading, mentoring, and developing team leaders and agents Collaborating with global stakeholders to align strategy and execution Driving continuous improvement in customer experience and operational efficiency What You Bring Extensive proven experience in customer service operations, preferably in hospitality, travel, or BPO Proven experience managing large, diverse, and multilingual teams Strong leadership and communication skills Advanced Spanish and English (both written and spoken) Deep understanding of customer experience metrics, tools, and methodologies Residence in Spain and availability to work on-site in Málaga What We Offer
