Location: Asturias (Spain) or Hyderabad (India) (hybrid role).
Where You’ll Make a Difference

Track, update, and monitor productivity projects and operational KPIs, consolidating and analyzing financial data.
Benchmark and develop cost analysis, providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce P&L costs.
Drive key projects to reduce costs and improve profitability (RSA, working capital) across the Flavors Division.
Define processes and procedures to support continuous improvement goals.
Report operating results and profitability to senior leadership for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes.
Contribute to projects aimed at automating, standardizing, and improving finance activities.
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.

What Makes You The Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI is a plus.
Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
