Together, we make Every Moment Matter. Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Office Supervisor to join the Center of Excellence team in Madrid.
As the main point of contact, the primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of facilities-related matters, delivering excellent internal customer service while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Responsibilities
Control and supervision of all Office operations, including subsidized training support
Ensure optimal level of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance to Office policies and procedures
Supervise the performance of the Front Office team, provide encouragement, and promote their well-being and professional development
Key Responsibilities
While supervising, ensure the optimal and efficient management of reception-related functions
Oversee and pre-approve all Office expenses, ensuring cost control and necessity
Support and ensure proper Office Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
Maintain a strong and effective relationship with office providers
Promote employee’s engagement by actively participating in and organizing office activities
Ensure maintenance, order, and tidiness in all office spaces, with everything intact and properly arranged
Supervise subsidized training, ensuring that all necessary administrative procedures are completed with the team
Competencies and skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding, and deadline-driven environment
Strong multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to switch and prioritize quickly
Advanced level in Microsoft Office (mainly PowerPoint and Excel)
Problem solving, and high sense of responsibility
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree well-appreciated but not necessary
Minimum experience: 2 years of work experience in Office management or any Internal customer service position
Language skills: Spanish speaking, fluent in English. French is a plus
Skills: Fluent in Spanish; Fluent in English; Office
