You will be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.What you will do:Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalized experience from arrival to departureHandle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements promptly and professionallyAnticipate guest needs and deliver tailored recommendations and servicesCoordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesManage guest feedback, resolving concerns with care and efficiencySupport VIP guests and special occasions with attention to detailMaintain accurate guest profiles and preferencesEnsure high standards of service and guest satisfaction at all timesAct as a brand ambassador, reflecting Nômade values in every interactionWho we’re looking for :Passionate about hospitality and guest experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, attentive, and detail-orientedStrong problem-solving abilities with a calm approachAbility to multitask in a dynamic environmentPositive attitude and team spiritRequirements:Previous experience in Guest Services or similar role in hospitalityStrong understanding of guest service standardsExperience handling guest requests and resolving issuesFluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)Valid EU / Ibiza work permitWhy join us?Because at Nômade, hospitality is not just operations — it is emotion, precision, and experience.
