As a technical reference for the EMEA region, you’ll drive key initiatives in security, performance, and availability—where your expertise becomes business impact. What You’ll Do Network Operations Provide expert support and maintenance for LAN, WAN, DNS, and firewall infrastructures Resolve complex incidents and lead technical escalations across EMEA Continuously improve network performance and availability Actively participate in security incidents as a network specialist Conduct post-mortem analyses and accelerate resolution of critical issues Projects & Implementation Contribute to global deployments: new sites, acquisitions, tech upgrades, and security enhancements Collaborate directly with business stakeholders on new rollouts Work flexible hours to support international operations Travel occasionally within EMEA for deployment activities Your Profile Education & Experience Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and security English proficiency: C1 Certifications Required: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) Valued: CCIE, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) Core Technical Expertise Advanced design, implementation, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN networks Administration of corporate DNS infrastructures Management of next-generation firewalls (NGFW) Resolution of Level 3 incidents using structured methodologies Post-mortem analysis and RCA documentation Technology Stack Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), high availability (VSS, vPC, StackWise), SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela), WAN optimization (Riverbed Steelhead), network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ISE), automation (Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI), network services (Infoblox, A10 Thunder, Juniper EX/QFX), and monitoring tools (SolarWinds NPM/NCM/NTA).
