Key responsibilities:Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects.Reviewing updated software systems.Writing development reports.Testing and deploying programs and systems.Working with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.Fixing and improving existing softwareProducing clean, efficient code based on specifications.Managing project timelines and tasks.Writing advanced programming code.Requirements and skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of software development experience in .NET/C# and .NET Core. Working with distributed systems, microservices, and scalable architectures.Proven experience working with QSL/ Oracle / API Rest/ TSQL/ LINQ.Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus (Cursor, Claude, Antigravity).Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Consistently proactive teamwork attitude**.Good level of both English and Spanish.Ability to manage high-demand conflicts and support situations.Prior experience in iGaming, FinTech, Payments, or other high-volume transactional environments is a strong advantage.What We OfferHybrid working model (1 day remote per week)Flexible schedule and intensive working hours on FridaysTicket Restaurant (1.980€/year)Flexible remuneration (Childcare ticket, transportation ticket, etc)Beverages and fruits in the officePadel court, games room, and gym are in the offices.Shuttle bus for the way between Sant Joan train station and the offices.
