Experteer Overview
In this field-based Medical Affairs role, you partner with healthcare professionals to facilitate the appropriate clinical use of Johnson & Johnson medicines in Immunology. You will translate scientific evidence into practical dialogue, build credibility with key stakeholders, and support both short- and long-term Medical Affairs objectives. You will contribute to local medical projects and advisory activities, while ensuring compliance and patient-focused impact. This role offers the chance to influence immunology therapy development and shape regional Medical Affairs strategy in the South of Spain.

• Develop and deliver an activity plan aligned with the country Medical Affairs Plan and Brand Plans
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapeutic area, treatments, and emerging data in Immunology
• Conduct planned and on-request scientific interactions with Leading Specialists and other healthcare partners, communicating balanced medical information within regulatory standards
• Participate in medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific meetings at local and regional levels
• Support Market Access discussions by sharing objective scientific data with payors and decision-makers; collaborate with internal teams for training and scientific input
• Contribute to local medical projects (studies, registries, investigator-initiated research, pre-approval activities) and capture field insights to inform Medical Affairs planning
• Operate in full compliance with pharmacovigilance, healthcare compliance, and company procedures
Responsabilidades
• Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, or Natural Sciences degree
• Advanced training or experience in Immunology preferred
• Solid scientific understanding of Immunology and ability to analyze and communicate medical data
• Experience in Medical Affairs or MSL role, clinical research, or similar scientific position with credibility for peer-to-peer discussions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in field-based settings
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry and involvement in medical education or advisory activities is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system is advantageous
• Fluent Spanish and professional English proficiency
• Regular travel across the South of Spain and valid Driving Licence
