Calido’s aim is to create design-led spaces where everyone can be themselves, prioritising customer focus to provide unforgettable experiences.The project includes four new buildings. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills. The main responsibilities include:Digital MarketingSupporting the creation, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok Ads, with regular reports and recommendations.Conducting market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and the competitive landscape.Supporting content strategy development for social media, newsletters, and blogs.Supporting CRM strategies' execution, analysis, and optimization.BrandingEnhancing brand visibility through creative marketing initiatives.Planning and executing launch events and promotional activities.Designing printed materials such as brochures, presentations, and billboards.Collaborating with other departments and participating in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives.Qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Audiovisuals.Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.Experience in digital marketing areas such as paid media, CRM, and social media.Proactive, creative, with the ability to work independently and in a team.Strong organizational and project management skills.A creative mindset with attention to detail.What we offerPotential for a long-term role after the temporary agreement.One remote workday per week.Biannual team-building events.Weekly training sessions at Retiro Park with a certified trainer.Wellbeing perks including snacks, coffee, and tea.Flexible working hours and a shortened Friday schedule.The opportunity to help build a purpose-driven product from scratch.If you've made it this far, you could be the person we're looking for.
