As a Regional Activation Project Manager, you will be the strategic link between marketing strategy, technical execution, and operational excellence for high-impact regional campaigns. This is a full‑time, long‑term freelance mission supporting a world leader in technology and digital services.
The Challenge
You will lead the production cycle of complex multi‑channel campaigns (Emailing & Landing Pages) at scale. Your role is deeply technical and operational: you will coordinate a multifunctional POD to ensure deliveries meet strict SLAs, managing segmentations, lead workflows, and advanced automations. You will act as the primary point of contact for Regional PMMs, auditing production metrics, and ensuring top‑tier data quality.
Requirements
CRM & Automation Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise marketing automation or technical project management.
Tech Stack Flexibility: Solid experience with at least one major platform: Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or HubSpot.
Large Accounts & Implementation: Proven background working with “Enterprise” accounts, including technical implementation and CRM troubleshooting.
Lead & Workflow Management: Expertise in managing complex segmentations and automated workflows.
Languages: Professional proficiency in French (Minimum B2) and English is mandatory for regional and global coordination.
Operational Excellence: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into flawless operational execution under demanding SLAs.
Nice‑to‑Have
Google Marketing Tools: Familiarity with Google’s internal marketing ecosystem.
Technical Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in fixing UTMs, forms, and email rendering issues.
Agency/Managed Services Background: Experience navigating the fast‑paced environment of managed services.
Adaptability: High capacity to adapt to evolving tools and internal systems.
