OverviewAs a Demand Generation Specialist (VIE), you will be responsible for designing and executing our demand generation strategy to fuel business growth. You will own multi-channel campaigns, build and optimize our marketing automation funnel, and provide data-driven insights to the Executive Committee. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams, with direct visibility to top management and strong potential for post‑VIE growth within the global marketing team.ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid media, outbound, etc.) to generate qualified leadsCoordinate outbound and inbound initiatives to support pipeline creationContinuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROICRM & Marketing Automation: Build and optimize the marketing automation funnel (MQL → SQL); Implement and manage workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs; Use HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure data quality, lead routing, and alignment with SalesRevOps & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (ROI, CAC, LTV, funnel metrics); Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards to measure business impact; Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadershipEvent Marketing: Drive pre-event and post-event outreach for major international events; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maximize lead generation and follow-up; Measure and report on event performance and contribution to pipelineQualifications3–4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B digital marketingPrevious experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a strong assetProven expertise in lead generation (outbound and inbound, including paid channels)Hands-on experience with marketing automation (ideally HubSpot)Good knowledge of CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis & ROI trackingData-driven and business-oriented mindsetAutonomous, proactive, and “go-getter” attitudeHands-on “doer” profile, comfortable owning projects end-to-endStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFrench and English FluentBenefitsAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
