Service Manager for operations Order to Cash We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Order to Cash to support global operations and ensure service stability across SAP and non-SAP environments.Revise detenidamente toda la documentación de la solicitud antes de hacer clic en el botón de solicitar al final de esta descripción.Manage daily escalations of production issues on a global scaleRepresent OTC interests in projects, ensuring visibility and proper resource allocationStakeholder management for critical projects, incidents, and operational topicsOversee day-to-day operations of 4 internal global resources and 3–4 external resourcesLead regular calls with Global Process Owners and Global Process Leads for approvals and alignmentCollaborate with Service Managers across other services (ITF, RTR, etc.) Manage priority small-scale projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery when requiredFluency in English (mandatory) xcskxlj Proven Project Management experienceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levelsStrong SAP SD experience (ECC required, S/4HANA is a plus)SAP ITF experience is a plus15+ years of total SAP experience
