We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join an international pharmaceutical company , with an API manufacturing plant located in the Barcelona area.

&## ; Your mission
You will play a key role in ensuring the proper operation of the facilities by leading the planning and optimisation of maintenance processes in a chemical plant.
⚙️ Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the plant’s CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System).
Supervising the maintenance team.
Designing and implementing the preventive maintenance plan.
Ensuring compliance with the statutory maintenance plan.
Coordinating the equipment calibration programme.
Creating departmental SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Collaborating with Engineering on the design and commissioning of new installations.
Participating in FAT/SAT activities and technical improvement projects.
&## ; What we are looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial or chemical environment.
Strong organisational, planning and resource optimisation skills.
High level of English.
