Manager Postgraduate, Global Markets – Spain (Undergraduate) IE University , Madrid – full‑time position in the Global Markets Department, reporting to the Regional Director for Spain. Purpose IE University is transforming business education through disruptive teaching and real‑world experience. This role will advance the university’s mission to equip students with skills, knowledge, and a supportive community. Responsibilities Build on and foster awareness of IE University in Spain. Participate in appropriate recruitment & enrollment activities, including fairs, local or regional presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, and career days. Plan, manage, and implement business development and commercial activities to promote IE’s Master and Executive Education programs. Increase the number of applications, thereby developing a healthy and steady pipeline of candidates. Develop new sales and marketing channels along with strategic partnerships with companies, institutions, and associations to promote IE’s Master and Executive Education Programs. Benchmark competitors focusing mainly on their commercial activities and program offerings. Coordinate with various IE departments to maximize the institution’s recognition. Build a network of contacts to promote and strengthen the IE University brand. Qualifications An MBA or a Master’s degree from IE University or another leading school. At least three years of professional experience in marketing, communications, business development, and/or sales. Proficiency in English is fundamental; knowledge of other European languages would be beneficial. Experience in an international environment. Proven communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive. Must exhibit strong teamwork capability and a positive customer‑oriented style. Analytical and numerical skills. Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrace new approaches and technology. Solution‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude. The position requires travel, mainly within Spain, including overnight stays away from Madrid. Legal authorization to work in Spain.
