- Develop differentiated insights on Technology sector dynamics and subsectors
- Prepare and quality-check senior-level client materials (pitch books, presentations, information memoranda)
- Build and review complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Own execution workstreams across Mu0026A, strategic advisory and equity-led processes
- Mentor and manage Analysts and interns, upholding execution standardsResponsabilidades
- Prior investment banking experience in Mu0026A / Corporate Finance advisory (≥4 years)
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage parallel deliverables under tight deadlines
- Experience preparing senior-quality client materials and internal committee materials
- Deal execution exposure in software, fintech, digital infrastructure or tech-enabled services preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration skills
