We are seeking a LOTO Coordinator Electrical to strengthen on-site HSE leadership during a critical execution phase. This is a new role designed to ensure high safety standards in a large-scale, complex industrial project. The LOTO Coordinator Electrical will operate under the HSE Lead, working closely with the Safety Coordinator and wider project team to ensure safe isolation and maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities: Authorize isolation and lockout/tagout/tryout (LOTO/TO) of electrical equipment prior to maintenance or commissioning activities. Review work permit requests and ensure compliance with safety procedures for residual energy sources (electrical, thermal, hydraulic, pneumatic). Verify that equipment is properly isolated, locked, tagged, and tested before work begins. Supervise the release of lockout/tagout procedures once work has been successfully completed. Collaborate with the HSE Lead, Safety Coordinator, and contractors to maintain high safety standards without overlap or conflict. Requirements: Proven experience in LOTO coordination or electrical safety management in industrial environments. Strong knowledge of residual energy hazards and safe isolation practices. Ability to operate autonomously and exercise sound judgment in complex, high-risk projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Willingness to relocate to southern Spain; accommodation and vehicle may be provided depending on contracting model.
