We are currently offering a remote role in Spain for a /ppLogistics Specialist /ppYour Responsibilities /pulliProvides overall support to sales, operations, logistics, internal peers and order execution with clients /li /ululliReviews and processes purchase agreements with high level of accuracy, supports sales in case of changes has to be done in CRM ( ) /li /ululliProvides timely follow-up to customers, order fulfilment, sales managers, and internal peers /li /ululliInteracts with clients in a clear and professional manner /li /ululliCollaborates with accounting department to resolve outstanding AR issues and client credit availability, taking into consideration existing orders and deliveries /li /ululliResponsible for both inbound and outbound tasks, depending on business needs /li /ulpOrder Processing: /pulliLiaises with internal departments and external logistics service providers to ensure shipment and delivery of shipment documents /li /ululliWorks with customer and internal departments to facilitate payment as to defined payment terms inclusive payment reminders /li /ululliMonitors and checks delivery of orders, provides status updates and confirm delivery schedules /li /ululliMaintains and updates internal documentation and ensures high data accuracy in ERP (SAP)Updates internal peers and customer about order fulfilment status /li /ululliMonitors order fulfilment process inclusive delivery and analyses and helps to solves logistics issues /li /ululliAssists in developing logistics plans and procedures /li /ululliEnsures high customer satisfaction at all times /li /ululliEnsures xhfqzwm compliance of internal processes and policies and external regulations at all times /li /ulpYour Profile /pulliDegree or vocational training in business or engineering /li /ululliExperience in sales or sales support in a comparable industry /li /ululliGood knowledge of sales support processes /li /ululliProficient in Spanish, English Chinese /li /ululliGood knowledge and experience of CRM /li /ululliKnowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 /li /ululliSelf-starter attitude, willing and able to work remotely in and with virtual team /li /ulpApply now and help shape the future of Solar Energy with JinkoSolar! /p
