Join our team as Logistics Coordinator!
Ensuring that fresh products reach their destination on time, every day, is at the heart of this role. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of transport flows across your assigned lanes, ensuring an efficient, reliable, and high-quality service. Working in a fast-paced international environment, you will be the key link between commercial and product areas making sure everything runs smoothly from origin to destination.

Your passion - our daily business
You will plan, coordinate and monitor transport flows across your assigned lanes, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient deliveries
You will optimize routes and transport solutions, balancing service, cost, and operational constraints
You will act as the main point of contact between commercial and product teams
You will track deliveries and proactively manage deviations, incidents and claims
You will coordinate unloading schedules, warehouse distribution and cross-docking operations
You will ensure clear and effective communication across all stakeholders
You will analyze transport data and performance, identifying improvement opportunities
You will support rate negotiations and cost control initiatives
You will ensure compliance with quality standards and transport procedures, especially within temperature-controlled logistics

What You'll Bring Along
Higher Studies in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
At least 2 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally in an international environment
Experience with perishable goods or temperature-controlled logistics is highly valued
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages such as German or Dutch will be highly valued.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and optimize processes
High attention to detail and structured way of working
A hands-on, committed and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
