Maintain professionalism deliver clear communication on camera, handle live interactions confidently, and contribute positively to the studio atmosphere. What were looking for Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) excellent spoken and written communication. English proficiency is a plus (for internal communication and coordination). A friendly, outgoing and confident personality comfortable on camera, with good presence, calm under pressure and able to engage audiences. Previous experience in hosting, live-presenting, customer service or any role involving interactions with people a plus, though not strictly required. Flexibility to work non-standard hours including shifts, weekends or nights, adapting to live-studio demands. A team-oriented mindset and readiness to collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team.
