Your Role
Your key duties and responsibilities

Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts
Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate
Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required

Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 105+
Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm/boutique law firm
Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
Strong organization skills
Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
