Experteer Overview In this role you drive delivery of customer equipment, facility, and infrastructure projects that advance the energy transition. You own project execution, coordinate resources, and ensure safe, on-time delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and commercial performance. You work across project sizes and maintenance activities, keeping critical equipment and services running. You collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to solve delivery challenges and mentor newer colleagues. This role offers impact by shaping project outcomes across locations and interfaces with factories and customers.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead small to medium equipment-only, product-suite, or non-turnkey projects from planning through execution
- Own project delivery, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate project resources and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Apply technical knowledge to support practical delivery decisions
- Support larger project work and customer service activities, including maintenance and issue resolution
- Identify risks early and propose workable solutions to keep projects on track
- Support and guide new team members and contribute to team successResponsabilidades
- Experience in the electrical sector, especially substation assembly and GIS
- Engineering background in electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering with relevant project experience
- Strong written and spoken Spanish and English; ability to work with teams in France, China, India, and other locations
- Strong customer focus and service mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites and factories
- Ability to work well in a team, including under pressure
- Solid project management experience in technical/industrial environments
