Are you looking for a stable culinary position on the island of Mallorca? Resdidència gent gran - Residencia de personal mayores is currently seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff to join their team in Santa Margalida. In this full-time role, you will play a central part in preparing daily meals for residents while maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency. If you have practical experience in kitchen environments and want a structured, permanent position, this opportunity is ideal for you.
As part of the kitchen team, your daily responsibilities will include:
Preparing meals carefully according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
Maintaining strict order and cleanliness throughout all kitchen spaces and storage areas.
Ensuring full compliance with all health, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations at all times.
Managing product stock levels, assisting with food purchases, receiving incoming goods, and conducting regular inventory checks.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 6 months of professional experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting.
Completed secondary education (ESO / Graduat escolar diploma).
Strong sense of responsibility, hygiene awareness, and organizational skills.
Ability to work reliably according to set schedules and recipes.
What you can expect from this offer:
A permanent contract (Indefinit) offering long-term employment stability in Santa Margalida, Mallorca.
Full-time schedule with a clear, alternating shift pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8:00 to 15:00 and 16:15 to 20:00.
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 and 16:15 to 20:00.
A competitive gross annual salary of €21,000.14.
