We are an international company with in‑house engineering and specialized services across Project Management, Automation and Architecture. With EPCM expertise in more than ten countries, we seek a Key Account Manager in Madrid/Barcelona to drive strategic client relationships, uncover high‑value opportunities, and connect clients with tailored EPCM and consultancy solutions to accelerate success of their real‑estate projects. What is the role? As Key Account Manager for the Buildings/Real Estate industry, you will drive business growth across logistics, residential, hospitality, and office sectors. You will develop and execute the sales account plan in alignment with commercial objectives of the Buildings division and operational objectives. You will collaborate with marketing and operations teams, act as an extension of the Buildings division, and be accountable for strategic business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor strategic account plans for key clients in the Building & Real Estate industry. Identify new business opportunities with investors, developers, and operators within logistics, residential, hotel, and office markets. Manage high‑value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long‑term relationships. Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and market visibility. Negotiate contracts and framework agreements typically ranging from €1 to €2 million, contributing to the company’s financial growth targets. Oversee ongoing projects, acting as primary liaison between client and delivery teams to ensure quality, deadlines, and expectations are met. Report on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities across assigned countries. Support tender processes, proposals, and annual sales planning cycles. Key Performance Indicators Annual sales operations exceeding €1 million. Achievement of revenue targets within €1–2 million per agreement. Growth and retention of key strategic accounts. Who are you? University Degree; background in Architecture or Engineering highly valued. Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Real Estate (investment funds, developers, or operators). Proven international sales track record within the industrial or construction sector. Strong commercial acumen and “hunter” mindset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain trust‑based relationships. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (mandatory). Additional local languages are an asset. Mobility and willingness to travel up to 40% across assigned regions. Legal eligibility to work within the EU and UK as required.
