What you'll do (we train you from scratch) Business Development & Sales Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling Pitch recruitment solutions to decision‑makers Negotiate commercial terms Manage pressure, targets and multiple priorities Build long‑term partnerships across the Benelux market Recruitment & Talent Management Interview and advise candidates on their careers Match talent with client needs Build trust on both client and candidate sides Act as a career partner, not just a salesperson Build Your Personal Brand Develop a strong professional network & become a recognized specialist in a high‑demand tech market. Background & Mindset This role is ideal for commercial, sales‑driven profiles with experience in client‑facing environments, such as hospitality, retail, telesales, call centres, customer service with KPIs, or entrepreneurship.
