360° IT Recruitment Consultant - Dutch Speakers
Are you currently working in hospitality (restaurant, bar, hotel), retail, customer service, or any client-facing role and looking for a career where your energy, communication skills, and ambition truly pay off?

Languages: Fluent Dutch or English (French is a plus)
What you’ll do (we train you from scratch). This is a 360° role, mixing sales, recruitment, and relationship management.

Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
Pitch recruitment solutions to decision‑makers
Negotiate commercial terms
Manage pressure, targets and multiple priorities
Build long‑term partnerships across the Benelux market
You’ll also:
Interview and advise candidates on their careers
Match talent with client needs
Build trust on both client and candidate sides
Act as a career partner, not just a salesperson
Build Your Persona l Brand : develop a strong professional network & become a recognized specialist in a high‑demand tech market
This role is ideal for commercial, sales‑driven profiles with experience in client‑facing environments, such as hospitality, retail, telesales, call centers, customer service with KPIs, or entrepreneurship.

Salary expectation:
Entry‑level Recruitment Consultant: TRC 23,000 to 28,000 *includes base (e23,000) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
