Are you looking for a rewarding position in high-end villa management in Mallorca? PERFECT HOME MALLORCA looks after exclusive villas and apartments with our own team of gardeners and cleaning staff. We manage premium properties across the southwest of Mallorca, covering areas from Port Andratx to Son Vida. Our discerning international clients expect and receive first-class, highly personal service at all times. To support our ongoing operations, we are looking for a motivated Junior Property Manager to join us in a part-time role (20 to 30 hours per week). As a Junior Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our managed villas and apartments across the southwest coast. Your main tasks include:
Management and regular quality control of our clients' exclusive properties
Planning, organizing, and supervising external craftsmen and service providers
Guiding, coordinating, and directing our internal team of gardeners and cleaning staff
Ensuring smooth operational processes and maintaining excellent standards across all assigned properties
We want to work with someone who brings exceptional commitment and strong interpersonal skills. You are a great fit for our team if you meet the following requirements:
Ideally, previous experience in managing villas in Mallorca or a strong background in the hospitality and hotel industry
Proficiency in spoken and written German and Spanish; additional English skills are an advantage
Excellent manners, a polite attitude, and a neat, professional appearance
Possession of a valid driver's license for property visits across the region
Technical interest or practical hands‑on skills are a distinct advantage
Absolute reliability, great flexibility, and a dedicated customer‑oriented mindset
