ABOUT THE FIRM Roc360 is a financial services and asset management platform for residential property investors in the United States. Founded in 2014, Roc360 is headquartered in NYC. The firm has in excess of 450 employees globally across three continents with 35 employees located in a fast-growing office in Madrid (established in 2021 and located in Calle de Principe de Vergara, 112). The firm’s primary businessis providing Business Purpose Loans including residential transitional bridge loans and rental loans to property investors, secured by property collateral in the US. The firm connects fragmented loan markets with institutional capital through a branchless network of third-party originators, brokers, and in-house sales teams to originate loans to property investors who buy, rehab, resell, and/or rent properties. The firm sells the loans it originates to third party institutional investors and investment vehicles managed by affiliates of Roc360 and provides loan servicing on an ongoing basis. ABOUT THE ROLE Roc360 has an in-house legal function that is responsible for all legal related activities of Roc360 and our SEC-registered investment advisor, Roc360 Advisors LLC We are looking for a detail-oriented junior legal operations coordinator to support the day-to-day functioning of our in-house legal department. This is a hands-on operational role focused on keeping the department organized, efficient, and well-run. The right candidate brings strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn the investment advisory space. No prior legal industry experience is required — we will provide training on the tools, processes, and regulatory context you need to succeed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain and organize the legal department’s document management system, including contracts, regulatory filings, corporate records, and correspondence. • Track and manage legal invoices from outside counsel and vendors — reviewing for accuracy, coding to the correct matter, and routing for approval and payment. • Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including coordinating deadlines, gathering required information, and maintaining filing calendars. • Manage contract tracking — logging incoming agreements, monitoring expiration and renewal dates, and following up with stakeholders as needed. • Support outside counsel coordination by scheduling, maintaining matter lists, and organizing correspondence and work product. • Maintain the department’s internal calendars, deadline trackers, and compliance checklists. • Assist with preparation of board and committee materials, including compiling and formatting documents for review. • Handle general administrative support for the legal team, including drafting routine correspondence, managing shared inboxes, and coordinating meetings. • Assist with special projects and research tasks as assigned by attorneys and the Chief Compliance Officer. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate, J.D., or coursework in law • 1–4 years of professional experience in a similar role • Fluency in English. The role will be 100% English language based • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable working with document management systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without dropping the ball. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Eagerness to learn — no prior knowledge of investment advisory or securities law required. PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) • Prior experience in a legal, compliance, or financial services environment. • Familiarity with e-billing or matter management platforms (e.g., SimpleLegal, BrightFlag, Clio, or similar). • Experience supporting a compliance or regulatory function.
