Heinemann, Dufry) in creating, negotiating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating key account agreements. This support role will require strong analytical skills to interrogate sales data as well as strong inter-personnel skills to build effective relationships with external business partners and important internal stakeholders. One of the key tasks is to ensure that we run effective activities and ensure that we have the right portfolio and appearance of our brands in Key Account outlets - respective internal and external processes needs to be managed accordingly. In dependency on the ability and if workload permits potentially the Junior Key Account Manager could take over the responsibility of an International Account.**Key Accountabilities**- Management of cross-functional projects & tasks for KAM (Launches, Sales Cycles etc.)- Support KAM in developing the holistic total customer investment strategy (i.E. margin calculation + promotions)- Support KAM with annual marketing planning cycles incl. budget planning- Work closely with Indirect Touch Point Planners in alignment of brand/commercial calendar and codevelop effective communications to Sales Forces (i.E Area Managers) - Build and maintain solid image for Imperial Brands as responsible corporation and preferred business partner, through providing professional and high-quality services to KA.**Skills & Experience**- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in FMCG business in one or more of sales, marketing, trade marketing, brand management and account management- Strong analytical, strategic, and operational capabilities combined with an inventive mind set- Strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, and learning flexibility- Well-developed communication / presentation skills- Rational decision making- Capability of building networks and engage in a cross functional global team- Strong English skills (written and spoken)- Flexibility, willingness to travel- Excellent MS Office skills, Excel & PowerPoint**Desirable**:- Desirable experience in duty free channel- Cross-cultural understanding- Additional local language - depending on relevant area of responsibility.**What we offer**Imperial Brands offers a competitive salary package, 26 days of holidays plus 2 additional days for Christmas and all Spanish public holidays.Be part of an international team, dynamic and friendly environment where every day is a different day.Dedicated time for your professional development (Career Development programs, Mentorship opportunities, and access to Learning courses).Work Life Balance - Flexible working hours, work from home opportunities.**Next steps
