Tasks

Monitor and support industrial software solutions across the business.
Assist in project follow-up, coordination, and reporting.
Participate in the implementation of new technological or organizational solutions.
Provide first-line support to business users, ensuring smooth operation of systems and processes.
Track and document incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Organization, or a related discipline.
Minimum B2 level of English.
Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing environments.
Understanding software systems and experience with office productivity tools.
Valid driving licence and availability to travel when required.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a structured and results-oriented mindset.
