We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Controller/Accountant to join the Finance Team of the important Fund Management located in Madrid. It is very important that the candidate comes from or has experience in Fund Management, Private Equity, or Investment Banking. (2–3 years of experience in Private Equity, Private Debt, Fund Accounting, or Audit )Desplácese hacia abajo para obtener una visión general completa de lo que requerirá este trabajo. ¿Es usted el candidato adecuado para esta oportunidad?Key Responsibilities:Fund & Loan AccountingSupport the day-to-day activities of the accounting teams based in Luxembourg and IrelandAssist with cash management and payment processingMonitor and maintain cash flow recordsPerform quarterly reconciliations in coordination with external accounting teamsTransfer AgencySupport capital calls and distribution processesRespond to investor queries in a timely and professional mannerMaintain and update investor static data movementFinancial ReportingAssist in audit processesSupport the preparation of quarterly investor reportsCandidate Profile2–3 years of experience in Private Equity, Private Debt, Fund Accounting, or AuditStrong xcskxlj attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlinesAppreciated knowledge of Allvue or similar (i.e. Navision)Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel;Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
