This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with up to 3 years of experience to gain exposure to global pharmaceutical supply chain operations and help drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our cold chain network. What you'll do:- Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF performance- Support the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements- Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making- Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders- Support audit readiness and compliance activities- Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiativesWhat we're looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field- 1-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)- A quality-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environment- Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions- Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environmentWhy join us?Work with global stakeholders across the supply chain network.
