For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.Discover more about our culture and approach here: Description Summary:Vector Renewables is looking for a junior accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and accountancy of the companies under management.Job Description:Act as the main point of reference for specific clients under management, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basisPrepare other applicable taxes (exempt of CIT)Issued and received invoices registration.Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…)Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs.Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.Banks reconciliations.Accruing of the projects’ incomes.Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M….Documentation management (physical and digital archive).Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official booksKey Requirements:Accounting, financial and tax knowledge of small and medium companies2-3 years-experienceD365 knowledge is a plusQualified with experience in accounting for renewable assets is a plusGood communication skillsBe able to meet deadlines under pressure scenariosStrong aptitude for math, attention to detailAbility to organize their work independently and as part of a teamEnglish FluentItalian is a plusStudiesEconomics Degree or Business AdministrationWhat do we expect from you?We expect from you passion, commitment and, most of all, the desire to learn in each activity you’re tasked with. xcskxlj We always look for enablers of growth!Location:Madrid - HomeTime Type:Full timeWorker Subtype:Regular#J-18808-Ljbffr
