Mission
The mission of the position is to ensure production in the factory during the production shift, according to the defined planning and agreed quality standards, achieving maximum productivity, while maintaining safety conditions, facility order and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Consult the production report for all lines of your shift and start up production lines.
Review daily and weekly incident reports for any issues or changes.
Verify the staffing of lines for your shift, checking for any issues.
Monitor operator and machine performance across production lines.
Ensure operators at each station perform their tasks as specified and are adequately supplied with materials.
Resolve incidents that may arise during manufacture and report them to the direct supervisor.
Confirm that workstations and zones remain clean and orderly as per work instructions and APPCC.
Control quality and productivity parameters (specific weight, marking, packaging, palletising) of your shift’s production lines.
Confirm operators completed cleaning and order instructions at shift end, for machinery and workstations.
If the shift is the last one of the week, shut down all machines and lighting, ensuring all equipment and areas are especially clean and ready for the next week.
Maintain food safety throughout all processes.
Assume specific responsibilities in Occupational Risk Prevention as outlined in the Organization’s PRL Plan.
Compensation
Permanent contract, salary between ******? and ******?, based on experience and candidate profile.
