We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector . Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Change Requests ensuring full alignment with Group directives and Telecom & Workspace procedures.
- Support CTOs and IT operational teams throughout the full Change lifecycle.
- Control and validate production changes, assessing risks and service impact.
- Manage conflicts between scheduled changes and coordinate the global Change calendar.
- Prepare and organize CCB/CAB meetings, supporting and advising senior IT management.
- Act as a core member of GCB ITG Meetings, representing Telecom & Workspace.
- Coordinate Major IT Production Operations, including Freeze calendar management and communication flow.
- Provide reporting, analysis and lessons learned after major IT production operations.
- Maintain procedures and documentation updated, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Ensure Change Ticket data quality for all Telecom & Workspace IT Production. Skills: Essential:
- Strong experience in IT Change Management within large-scale environments.
- Solid understanding of risk, impact and quality processes.
- Ability to coordinate with distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing Major Changes and operational governance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- English level B2 or higher. Desirable:
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Background in operations, infrastructure or service management.
- Experience preparing governance materials or process documentation. Job Conditions & Benefits:
