Overview Are you experienced in Level 2 technical support and passionate about solving complex issues in fast‑paced, English speaking environments? We want to meet you! We are looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced support to internal users in Madrid for an American client. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and networks. You will also identify potential risks, contribute to internal initiatives, and communicate clearly and empathetically with users and partners. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools +2 years of experience in the Financial sector Knowledge of non‑Microsoft collaboration platforms (Zoom, Webex ) Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix ) Strong English skills are mandatory As part of our team, you will benefit from 6 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00 Salary: competitive, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
