We are looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced support to internal users in Madrid for an American client.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues related to operating systems, applications, hardware, and networks. You will also identify potential risks, contribute to internal initiatives, and communicate clearly and empathetically with users and partners.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertisePrevious experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools+2 years of experience in the Financial sectorKnowledge of non‑Microsoft collaboration platforms (Zoom, Webex)Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix)Strong English skills are mandatoryAs part of our team, you will benefit from6 month temporary contract with the possibility of extensionWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00Salary: competitive, based on experience
