We’re looking for a hands‑on IT Support Technician to join our team and help deliver a great experience to our internal users. If you enjoy solving problems, working closely with people, and growing your technical skills, this could be a great fit.
Provide on‑site and remote technical support (Level 1 & 2) to end users
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients), Windows and Linux operating systems and corporate applications.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 applications.
Handle user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, updates) in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 / Exchange.
Support meeting rooms (AV systems, Microsoft Teams, videoconferencing).
Manage IT assets, peripherals, and stock.
Track and resolve incidents through the ticketing system.
Document issues and procedures following internal standards.
Escalate complex issues when needed.
Collaborate with the IT team on continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
Intermediate or Higher Degree in IT Systems.
Systems Administration.
Computer Science or related field.
Experience Requirements
Between 1 and 2 years of experience in/with GxP / GMP regulated environments.
SAP Business One.
PowerShell.
Microsoft SQL Server administration.
Technical documentation and procedures.
Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
Other Requirements
Strong user‑level experience in Windows environments.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, networking (TCP/IP, LAN), Microsoft 365.
Comfortable using remote support tools.
Customer‑focused mindset.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (especially in regulated environments).
