Your skills 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Able to independently problem solve Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products A2 English level Your Tasks As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have: Technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency Ability to work on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope Be part of us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
