What We’re Looking For We’re hiring a Junior Project Manager with a technical background in data , especially in migration projects , who’s ready to grow in the IT Insurance sector and work with international teams. Your Role Coordinate technical projects focused on data migration and integration Define goals, timelines, and resources with clients and technical teams Turn requirements into clear, actionable plans Track progress and solve issues proactively Document and communicate project status Support testing and data quality validation ✅ Requirements Experience in IT project management (especially data migration) Technical education (Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, etc.) Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, SQL, etc. Fluent English (spoken and written) Strong organizational and communication skills PMP, Agile or similar certifications are a plus What will you find at DXC?
