This role will lead the group's technological evolution and drive a key transformation of the core management system to support secure, scalable growth. About the Role We are looking for a strategic, implementation-oriented profile with a background in technology consulting, system integrators, or IT project management. This is a leadership role focused on design, decision-making, and stakeholder management. The position is part of the Executive Committee, with real impact on key business decisions and autonomy to define the technology roadmap. As IT Director, you will: Define and lead the group's technology strategy, aligned with business objectives and mid-to-long-term growth. Lead the core management system transformation, including functional analysis, solution selection, integrations, and business adoption. Design and evolve the future technology architecture, combining third-party solutions, in-house developments, and scalable integrations. Oversee the corporate technology ecosystem (Microsoft and AWS), ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency. Coordinate and manage external technology providers, controlling costs, service quality, and the technology roadmap. Be responsible for systems, data, and information security governance, including ISO 27001 and regulatory compliance. Lead the internal IT team and act as a key liaison between technology, executive management, and business areas. Required Skills & Background We are looking for a profile with sound judgment, a holistic vision, and strong execution capabilities. Required: More than 5 years of experience in technology consulting, systems implementation, system integrators, or IT project management. Proven experience implementing tools and systems, not just maintaining them. Strong ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience managing stakeholders and external providers. Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and corporate ecosystems (Microsoft).
