【業務概要】 AmazonはFulfilment Center（FC）／Corporate Officeで働くIT Support Engineerの応募をお待ちしております。日本のFCでは何百万点もの商品を取り揃えており、毎日世界中に配送しています。まずはFCの中の'物の流れ'を知っていただきます。その後、ITの観点から変更や改善を行っていただくようになります。ITインフラの構築・運用をサポートし、FC内のすべてのITインフラが問題なく安定的に稼働していることが求められます。Amazonでは一日として同じ日はありません。多くの変化と多様な環境の中で活躍していただきます。最先端の設備であるAmazonロボティクスが導入されている配送センター、デリバリーステーションのインフラをゼロから構築し、我々のお客様であるOperationsチームが使い始めるまでの導入サポート、ライフサイクルを迎えたシステムの総入れ替えなどをご担当いただくことになります。 またチームワークの向上に必要な要素の一つが多様性です。性別、年齢、国籍、経験などは問いません。様々なバックグラウンド・経験を持つ方々と共に働ける方を求めています。
【配属先】 OTS DPM チームの目黒オフィス
トレーニングは目黒本社で行い、将来的には全国の拠点が勤務地の対象となります。
Key Responsibilities and Breakdown
Internal helpdesk support (10%)
IT infrastructure, systems, and client device support within fulfillment centers (10%)
Various project support related to new deployment initiatives (80%)

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+)
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of project management experience
2+ years of vendor management experience
