Experience with cell culture to study mitochondrial function.
Experience with mitochondria (isolation and functional assays) and super‑complexes of the respiratory chain (generation of native gels of various gradients).
Experience in genetic modification techniques for mammalian cells in culture: sequence design, CRISPR/Cas9 knock‑outs, vector cloning, and re‑expression of modified proteins.
Publication relevance and authorial position will be considered.
Interview will be conducted.
Offer
Incorporation to an internationally relevant research centre in the scientific field.
