We are currently seeking an experienced International Procurement Director to join a highly professionalized multinational company within the road transportation sector . This is a strategic leadership role with a strong international scope, offering the opportunity to drive procurement excellence and create significant business impact across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the global procurement strategy aligned with business objectives Lead and develop international sourcing initiatives across diverse markets Optimize supplier selection, negotiation processes, and contract management Build and maintain strong relationships with key global suppliers and partners Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and senior leadership teams Drive digital transformation and process improvement within procurement Requirements Proven track record as a Procurement Director or similar senior role in an international environment Strong experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries (road freight is a plus) Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities Experience managing multicultural teams and working across geographies High level of English (additional languages are a plus)
