Due to the launch of a new service, we are looking to add 3 consultants to our team with proven expertise in monitoring and resolving incidents within the interfaces connecting the various applications involved in the production processes of a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Support Responsibilities: Monitoring and support of interfaces between SAP ERP (S/4HANA and SAP R/3) and external systems within the pharmaceutical ecosystem, covering the areas of Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Logistics. Resolution of IDocs generated by interface errors between MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) applications and SAP. Resolution of IDocs resulting from interface errors between HR systems and SAP (Workday). Resolution of issues related to EDI message exchange. Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar support service is mandatory. Applications that do not meet this requirement will be excluded during the screening phase. Candidates must be familiar with proper ticket documentation, incident prioritization based on impact and criticality. Highly valued: Knowledge of GxP regulatory standards and experience working in pharmaceutical IT environments. Experience with MES systems (Atlas, Werum PAS-X). Knowledge of SAP EWM. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, in rotating morning and afternoon shifts. Work Model: The service is delivered in a hybrid model, with occasional on-site attendance required at the client's various locations within the province of Barcelona. Education: Minimum qualification required: a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar technology-related discipline. High level of English (mandatory). Intermediate level of German is highly appreciated. Skills: Strong analytical capabilities. Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented, while maintaining a reflective approach. Excellent communication skills. Incident resolution will require interacting with multiple stakeholders to explain solutions and apply the necessary corrections. Strong learning capacity.
