Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
CRM & Sales Optimization: Maintain accurate records and drive lead‑to‑sales conversion
Qualifications
Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
Fluent in Czech and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Italian, French, or German, along with English (minimum B2 level).
Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
Working pattern
Permanent, full‑time contract (40h per week)
Hybrid work model after initial training (1‑2 days WFH). Our office is located at Carrer de la Consititució 2, Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona
