Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing lines for Data Center infrastructure in Barcelona. Join our international engineering team within a €800M global group serving 1,000+ clients worldwide, and drive innovation in highly automated industrial environments. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 4+ years of experience in industrialization and manufacturing engineering, with proven track record designing production lines Expertise in industrial design including assembly line layouts, material flow optimization, and productive workflows Solid background in electrical/electronics or manufacturing environments Technical proficiency in CAD/layout tools and process simulation software Project leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with production, logistics, and facilities Language & Location: Professional Spanish & English required for collaboration. Must be based in Barcelona Area or open to hybrid work. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead Industrialization Strategy: Define the complete industrialization concept for new Data Center product assembly lines from concept to launch Design Technical Solutions: Create comprehensive industrial layouts, material flow systems, and transportation solutions (rails, conveyors, automated systems) Optimize Production Systems: Determine optimal balance between automation and manual processes while ensuring maximum line flexibility Technical Specifications: Develop detailed technical specifications, equipment requirements, and component selection for new manufacturing lines Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with production teams, logistics, warehouse operations, and real estate/facilities to ensure seamless integration Implementation Leadership: Oversee complete installation, commissioning, and startup of new manufacturing lines
